  18. NOTE:  This is a BBS Door program. It is intended to be put into place by a Sysop on a BBS system for the use of users wishing to create Web pages. It is *not* a stand-alone Web page creator or editor.

  20. This program is great for BBS's which want to offer Web pages for their users.  It saves you
  21. the time it would take to write a page for a user.  This is very easy for any user to run.  All they do is answer the prompts they are given.

  23. There are 2 programs included:

  25. - WEBDOOR.EXE - This is the door program to run on your BBS
  26.  
  27. - WEBSYSOP.EXE - This is used by the sysop to list all new Web pages created by users and to create the HTML code for the page itself.

  29. While this program was written for Searchlight BBS 4.x+, any other BBS's which does not support running a normal DOS program as a door may use DOORWAY.

  31. When you run WEBSYSOP and select to create the HTML code for a user's web page, the page is saved to the file name: WEBPAGE.HTM  Be sure to either rename the file or copy it to another directory so that when you create the next page, the last web page file is not
  32. over-written since it uses the same file name WEBPAGE.HTM
